New York Giants Finalizing Deal With John Harbaugh

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ – John Harbaugh is expected to land the vacant head coaching position for the New York Giants. Multiple major news outlets are reporting that a deal is in place and agreed upon between the two parties, and is now being finalized. Barring any setbacks, John Harbaugh has found his new home.

John Harbaugh spent 18 seasons with the Baltimore Ravens, compiling a strong record backed by a 2012 Super Bowl championship win. After numerous failed playoff attempts with superstar Lamar Jackson and company, Steve Bisciotti relieved Harbaugh of his duties after 18 seasons with the organization.

Reports from numerous outlets are reporting that the expected deal will near upwards of $100 million through five years with the Giants. Assuming these reports will stand, Harbaugh will be among the highest-paid coaches in the NFL.

As the details are being finalized and terms being ironed out, it is also widely expected that Harbaugh will bring former Ravens offensive coordinator, Todd Monken, to New York as part of his staff.

Harbaugh, a veteran coach, will now be paired with two young rising stars in Jaxson Dart and Cam Skattebo. Two young high-energy players, paired with a pois veteran. How will Harbaugh change and adapt to the high-energy culture, while continuing to preach greatness in hard work?

Harbaugh’s track record brings credibility and postseason experiences to a franchise that has greatly struggled to find their place since Eli Manning has retired.

A fantastic hire by the Giants, assuming it is completed and finalized. Harbaugh brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to New York, and will look to take this organization back to their Manning days en route to a Lombardi Trophy.
